SeasonTab is operated by James Michael Hynes as a sole proprietor. For privacy questions, contact support@seasontab.com.

• Account data — email address and authentication credentials. Used to create and secure your account and to send password and confirmation emails. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Season planning data — the sport, level, cost figures, notes and actual expenses you enter. Used to provide the estimator and Season Planner. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Purchase metadata — transaction ID, customer ID, purchase status, amount, currency and the email used at checkout, received from our payment provider. Used to unlock what you paid for and to handle refunds and support. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Card details never reach us.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and error logs generated when you use the site. Used for security, fraud prevention and fixing faults. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — anything you send us by email. Used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

The free estimator works without an account. If you do not sign in, your estimate stays in your browser and is not stored on our systems.

• Paddle — our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles the sale, payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds for the Season Planner.
• Service providers — our hosting, database, authentication and transactional email providers, acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Account and season data are kept while your account is open, and are deleted when you delete your account. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. Email support@seasontab.com and we will respond within one month. You can also delete your account and its data yourself from the account page. If you are in the UK or EEA you may complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level database access rules that keep your seasons visible only to you, and least-privilege access to production systems.

We use essential cookies and browser storage only: to keep you signed in, to hold an in-progress estimate, and to allow the checkout to function. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and checkout from working.

SeasonTab is for parents and guardians. Accounts are not intended for children, and we ask that you avoid entering a child's personal details — describe the athlete with a first name or nickname only.
