SeasonTab is operated by James Michael Hynes as a sole proprietor. If you are using SeasonTab on behalf of a club, team or organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

A free Season Cost Estimator that produces a one-time snapshot of expected season costs, and a paid Season Planner (one-time purchase, one athlete for one season) that saves a baseline, tracks planned versus actual spending, and includes the roster decision guide.

Every figure in SeasonTab is a planning aid based on the numbers you enter. Nothing in the product is benchmark data, financial advice, or a guarantee of what a season will cost.

Continued use of the service means you accept these terms, including any updates we post on this page. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own household planning. We retain ownership of the service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, content, and branding.

You keep ownership of the season data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

We work to keep SeasonTab available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product develops.

The Season Planner is a one-time purchase. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is set out in our Refund Policy (30 days).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the account page, which removes your saved seasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, the content you submit, or your breach of these terms.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeasonTab is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction.
