Refund Policy

You can request a full refund of the Season Planner purchase within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. No explanation is required.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at support@seasontab.com with your receipt or transaction ID and we will pass it to Paddle for you.

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, and typically takes a few business days.

When a purchase is refunded, the paid season slot is released and the Season Planner workspace for that season becomes read-only. We keep the season data you entered so nothing is lost if you decide to buy again later.

After 30 days you can still contact us or Paddle — refunds outside the guarantee period are considered case by case, for example duplicate purchases or a charge you did not recognise.

The Season Cost Estimator is free and requires no account or payment, so there is nothing to refund for it.
